Our Workshops

At Borr Fashion Style, each stage of production is carried out with care and precision. Here is an overview of the different workshops that make up our production line:

Cutting Workshop

Our cutting workshop is equipped with the latest technologies to ensure maximum precision in cutting fabrics. Thanks to our tracing tables, electric scissors, and band saws, we prepare the fabric pieces ready to be made with great efficiency.

Tailoring Workshop

In this space, our highly skilled tailors and seamstresses work with 63 sewing machines, making each piece with meticulous attention to detail, with a processing capacity of 203 pieces per day. The workshop is also equipped with buttonhole presses, control tables, and other essential tools to ensure the quality of each garment.

Ironing Workshop

This workshop is dedicated to the finishing of our garments. We use ironing tables and presses to obtain an impeccable rendering. Each garment goes through a final ironing process to ensure a neat presentation, whether for jackets, coats or trousers.

Packing and Storage Warehouse

Once the garments are made and ironed, they pass through our packing and storage warehouse. Equipped with packing tables and mobile trolleys, this department manages the careful packaging of the items and their secure storage before shipping.

Quality Control Workshop

Quality is our priority. Each item is carefully inspected in our quality control workshop to ensure that it meets the standards required by our customers and European standards. This workshop is equipped with control tables and uses rigorous verification techniques at each stage of the manufacturing process.
